1. How far in advance should I contact you for a wedding dress fitting or selection?
Depending on our atelier’s schedule, the ideal time to place an order is two to four months in advance.

2. Do you offer express delivery or urgent orders?
If you make an appointment in advance, we can complete and deliver your wedding dress within one to three weeks, depending on the design.

3. Can you work with me if I come with my own design?
We can use your design as a reference and adapt it according to our expertise and atelier standards.

4. Do you help me choose the most suitable style for my body type?
Absolutely. During your appointment, we assess your body proportions and guide you in choosing the silhouette that best complements and flatters you.

5. How do your payment terms work?
50% of the payment is due when the order is placed, and the remaining balance is paid upon delivery.

6. Do you offer wedding dress rental?
Rental is available for selected designs.

7. What should I bring to my fittings?
For the first fitting, please bring suitable underwear. For the second fitting, please bring your wedding shoes.

8. Do I need to make an appointment before visiting?
Yes. An appointment is required so that we can provide you with the best possible service.

9. Are appointments complimentary?
The fitting of one wedding dress is complimentary. Any additional dress fittings are subject to a fee.

10. I live outside the city or abroad. Can I place an order remotely without visiting?
Yes. We offer remote made-to-measure service for sizes up to EU 44.

11. Can you make alterations to your existing designs?
As long as the technical construction of the design allows it, we can make the alterations and customizations you request.

12. How many fittings are required for a custom-made wedding dress?
Our custom-made process is completed with three fittings followed by a final delivery.

13. Can my wedding dress be adjusted if I gain or lose weight during the process?
Yes. We carefully make the necessary alterations and adjustments according to any changes in your measurements during the fitting process, before the final delivery.

14. How should I store my wedding dress after receiving it until the wedding day?
For embroidered and beaded wedding dresses, we recommend storing the dress flat inside its garment cover rather than hanging it, as the weight of the embellishments may cause the dress to stretch or sag.
